1. Rental Period & Rates - Dump Trailer

• Standard rental includes 1 day of use for $400 for full service pacakge

• Additional days are $85 per day, billed automatically if the trailer is not returned by the agreed time.

• Rental period begins at the scheduled pickup time and ends at the scheduled return time.

• Standard rental self service - $110 per day

2. Reservation & Payment

• A valid ID, copy of your insurance card and payment method are required to reserve a trailer.

• 21 or older for all rentals

• Payment is due at the time of booking.

• Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before pickup receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup are non-refundable.

• No-shows are non-refundable.

• If we must cancel due to equipment or safety issues, a full refund or no-cost reschedule will be provided.

4. Trailer Use & Responsibility

• Renter is fully responsible for the trailer during the rental period.

• Renter must obey all state and local towing laws.

• Trailer must not be overloaded beyond its rated capacity.

• Renter assumes responsibility for towing with a safe, properly equipped vehicle.

5. Damage, Loss & Cleaning

• Renter is responsible for all damage, theft, flat tires, missing parts, or misuse during the rental period.

• A cleaning fee may be charged if the trailer is returned excessively dirty.

• Additional charges may apply for late returns or failure to report damage.

6. Liability

• Budget Trailer Rentals is not liable for accidents, injuries, property damage, or towing issues that occur during the rental.

• Renter acknowledges they tow at their own risk and must practice safe driving.

7. Return Requirements

• Trailer must be returned on time and in similar condition to when it was picked up.

• Locks, straps, tarps, ramps, and accessories (if provided) must be returned or replacement fees apply.

8. Right to Refuse Service

• We reserve the right to refuse rental to anyone for safety or equipment-related reasons.
